CONCERT 2 – Dina Yoffe

Dina Yoffe came to international recognition by winning Second Prize in the Schumann International Competition, and Second Prize in the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, where Krystian Zimmermann took the first place.

 

Ms. Yoffe’s concert performances are renowned throughout Europe, Israel, Japan, and The United States. She has performed with the Israel Philharmonic, the Japanese Radio Orchestra NHK, the Moscow Philharmonic, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Orchestra.

Beyond her successful solo and orchestral career, Ms. Yoffe is also an active participant in international chamber music festivals, playing with many famous musicians, such as Gidon Kremer, Yuri Bashmet, Vadim Repin, Michael Vaiman and Mario Brunello.

A guest professor at the Summit Music Festival in New York since 2000, Ms. Yoffe conducts Master Classes in Germany and at the Royal Academy of Music in London. She served as a professor at the Rubin Academy of Music in Tel-Aviv University and as visiting professor at Japan’s Aichi University. She is a frequent guest professor for Yamaha Master Classes in Paris, Hamburg and Tokyo and jury member of many international piano competitions including in Cleveland (USA), Kiev and Odessa (Ukraine), and Takamatsu (Japan).

Ms. Yoffe is currently a Professor at the Anton Rubinstein International Academy in Düsseldorf, Germany.
