The Vancouver Chopin Society – Christmas concert, December 13, 7 PM

For the first time, The Vancouver Chopin Society is organizing an annual Christmas Concert to celebrate the holiday season together! This concert will be filled with festive cheer as our talented teachers lead their students to perform specially prepared pieces, giving everyone a warm and joyful musical experience. This event not only showcases the hard work and talent of our students but also gives them a valuable opportunity to shine on a professional stage and experience the joy of performing.

We invite teachers to recommend their outstanding students to participate in the upcoming The Vancouver Chopin Society Christmas concert, where we hope to provide a stage for talented young musicians to shine.
To facilitate organization, please find a form for parents that may be downloaded using the link below. We ask that the teachers to please assist parents in completing and confirming their child’s participation.

The following criteria apply:
1. Students must be at a performance level of grade 8 or above on the piano or another instrument.
2. Performance pieces should be around 5-8 minutes in length.

If you are a parent and your child meets above criteria and would like to participate, you can fill out the form that you can download HERE.

Fee: Students selected to perform will be required to pay a performance fee of $50. Parents may transfer this fee directly to The Vancouver Chopin Society via e-Transfer to the email: staff@chopinsociety.org

Tickets: Each performer will receive ten complimentary tickets to the Christmas concert.
